Customer support is a core part of the DNA of our business. Yesterday we drove over 1,000kms in 12 hours just to spend 1 1/2 hours with a new client of ours.
We went through their trackers, explained all the features and workings of our tracking platform, and reiterated many times that if they need any help whatsoever all they need to do is ask. We think this is much better to do face-to-face wherever possible – even if that includes a full day road trip!
